Registration Information

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Classes fill quickly, on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early!

By Phone

Call (309) 829-0011. The TDD number is (309) 268-8030. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. To register by phone you must pay by credit/debit card (MasterCard or Visa).

By Fax

Complete the registration form. Payment must be made by credit/debit card. Fax completed form to (309) 829-4928

By Mail

Mail the registration form along with full payment to: Community Education, McLean County Arts Center, 601 N. East Street., Bloomington, IL 61701

In Person

Note to Parents:

- An Emergency Information and Contact Form must be completed, signed and returned to MCAC on or before the first day of class.  The form must  be completed before your child can be admitted to class.  If you cannot download the form from this site, one will be mailed to you with your registration confirmation.

-For your child’s safety, students should be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins. Students are to be picked up immediately following the dismissal of their classes each day.


Important - Please read!

Classes and workshops that fail to meet minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled, and students will be notified in advance.  To receive a refund, you must cancel your registration within the first two weeks of classes. The cost of any attended classes will be withheld. Full refunds will be made only when MCAC cancels a class.

Policy Statement - To register for a class or workshop, please fill out this registration form.  You may call, fax or mail your registration form to MCAC, but your space in class cannot be confirmed until payment is received.  Phone registrations will be accepted only with immediate payment with credit card.  Paid registrations will be processed in the order of receipt - first come, first served.  Students will be notified by mail to confirm registration.  Fees include all materials and supplies unless noted otherwise.  Advance registration is strongly encouraged - many classes fill up quickly and those with less than five students enrolled will be cancelled.
